MALCOLM X POSTER

A poster for a two-day event honoring Malcolm X at San Francisco State University. Conference organizers noticed that past posters for this annual event had been using a more "revolutionary" image and focused on the movement than the individual. In light of this, I chose a more subdued color pallatte and image. The type intersecting with the portrait suggests tension and conflict without resorting to cliché.
